I have literally been on hold with TPG for the past 4 days at least for 3 hours each day to not speak with a representative and then they say your wait time is 4 minutes and then switches to 40 min. The usual reasons are an incorrect account (or routing) number or the name on the bank account did not match the name on the refund so the bank refused it. At the intermediary bank the fees are subtracted, then the rest of your funds are sent on to your bank in a second deposit.
