WebJun 7, 2024 · Grasp the handle on the drum unit and pull out the entire toner cartridge/drum unit together. Release the toner cartridge from the drum unit. Depending on your printer model and drum unit, this may be done with a switch, lever, or button. Do not force the cartridge out of the drum unit.
