Then adjust the ingame sens until your X matches your Y. Basically, the in game sens only changes X axis. I personally have the in game sens at default and only adjust my mouse DPI. But the mouse problem. It is always default 8 sensitivity bars out of 16. I can change it in game and play happily, but after restarting it, it resets back to default.
