WebThe ECSNP can provide Subject Matter Expertise, secondary consult and advice to disability service providers or mainstream services who are assisting NDIS Participants with complex support needs or at risk of/ experiencing crisis. The ECSNP is service facing only and does not deliver services directly to NDIS Participants. WebCoHealth allows healthcare consumers to access the resources they need to manage care while giving health-related organizations a platform to make these resources available.
